Furnace filters need to be changed every 2 months.

All carpets need to be vacuumed weekly.

Any sign or sound of water running should be reported to Landlord immediately.

During winter months heat should always be left on at least 55 degrees.

Remember to be "sewer smart" and not flush feminine products, condoms or use Charmin toilet paper.
